As a Robotics student at Lake Superior State University, I have been heavily exposed to industrial robotics through LSSU’s Center for Advanced Robotics Engineering.
I have experience programming FANUC and KUKA manipulators, UR cobots, and MIR mobile robots. I have also used vision and safety systems with some of these robots and programmed Allen-Bradley PLCs.
Through my involvement with the student club Team AMORE I have experience working with autonomous vessels in the lab and in the field.
I have designed and 3d printed mechanical systems, developed electronic control boxes for subsystems, and written models to simulate vessels for testing control systems.
I have been involved in the club’s leadership as secretary and later vice president, where I organized a series of guest lectures on robotics leveraging the team’s industrial contacts. I was honored to serve as Team Captain for the 2024 RobotX Challenge.
